Welcome to our MB/8 forum.
I am amazed with the exertion You did to contact us. Unfortunately , as you've realised before, turkish aftermarket parts have bad feedback among this forum users.There are number of opinions on the poor quality or short live of the turkish spare parts ( as well as polish ones

. In comparison the costs of such a parts seem to be competitive, and in some cases the turkish parts are the only aftermarkert part avaliable on the market and that is why there is a numer of users who are interested in tukish spare parts.
Most of us supply with the original genuine parts or use OEM parts of well known, good quality brands.I am not sure if Your company ( Kaplan) is the manufacturer or just whole seller of other brands OEM parts.

I wrote some email to KAPLAN Group asking if I can make some order from Poland. They sand me back catalogue and price list and told me that first I have to make some pre-order and than they tell me shipping price.

So, I made order for about 200 euro and than I got answer:

Hello,

Sorry Sir, we don’t give like that. We are supplier at least 10.000€. If you have a agent here,we can give there your order.

At least he could tell me this before I made order - I wouldn't spend almost whole day on doing it.

Jeżeli chodzi o odbłyśniki do 115 to te tureckie są tragiczne naprawdę nie warto, za podobne pieniądze można zrobić nową powłokę na oryginalnych i będą dużo lepsze. Tych tureckich nie da się dobrze ustawić, mają źle zrobione mocowania i lustro jest źle ustawione, a poza tym mi się trafił egzemplarz z przestawionym mocowaniem żarówki. Mały odbłyśnik w żarówce był ustawiony ukośnie zamiast w poziomie. Trzeba jeszcze zmieniać oprawkę żarówki od postoju. Powłoka tych zamienników również nie jest rewelacyjna.

Its our family company and i am doing marketing research for them via Internet. We are also selling OEM parts with special prices which you cant find everywhere else because we have special discount on Daimler-Mercedes. For sure those prices are only for Whole sales. All of our products are high quality this isnt a commercial-based message. I am son of Owner of the company. We also producing the goods , importing and exporting. We are selling products to all around the world. About being short-term what i can say is that how you setup the part on your car is important if your repairman is not good or hard working person that might be the reson. But I would like to have chance to changing feedback on Turkey products.Thanks again.

The reason they said no because of the fee's for international business over 200Euro. So there is no sense in making this trade.HOWEVER , we can send the goods with UPS or ARAMEKS cargo companies if you agree 200euro+cargo expense we can go on process for order.
